Isa Warps Returns to the Netherlands and Wants to Prove Herself at NAC Women

Isa Warps, a 19-year-old attacking midfielder, has returned to the Netherlands after her stint with Genk Ladies in Belgium to join NAC Women. The move followed a challenging period in Belgium, where injuries and unclear feedback led to her being relegated to the reserve squad.

"There was limited feedback and I had no future perspective at Genk," Isa explains. Rather than complete the season without development, she reconnected with scout Toon van Griensven to pursue opportunities at NAC Breda.

Despite initial hesitation that NAC had sufficient players for her positions, the club signed her through season's end. She emphasizes her technical abilities, long-range passing, and physical presence at 1.78 meters tall, while targeting tactical improvement under NAC coaching.

This return to the Netherlands marks an important step in her career, where she aims to prove herself at the highest Dutch level in the Eredivisie Women.
